Winnie started her journey as a volunteer in an NGO in 2016. She has extensive experience working with children with different learning needs, such as ASD, learning disabilities, GDD, speech delays, behavioral issues, and more.

Over the years, she has worked in various settings, including one-on-one sessions, group sessions, home-based sessions, and inclusive environments. She has experience tailoring her approach to meet each child's needs across different learning environments and settings. Additionally, she has worked with children, teenagers, and young adults across a wide age range, from 2 years old to 23 years old.

Winnie believes that each child has their own strengths and uniqueness. Therefore, she is committed to creating opportunities for children to maximize their strengths and help them thrive.
